[gradsusr] Converting ascii file to binary file

[Ipshita Majhi]

I am working on converting a text file to a binary file so that it I can
plot it in grads. The file is a matrix with 110 rows and 52 columns. I was
wondering do I have to create a descriptor file before I do the conversion.
Which is the best way to convert an ascii to binary file.
