[gradsusr] Fwd: Error in gxmeta

There is a bug in the metabuffer handling that does not free extra chunks of memory allocated for the metabuffer. The result is that your execution of grads may be using up a lot of memory if your plots require a very large metabuffer (if you are drawing a lot of stuff). Also, if you’re drawing many, many characers with fonts … there’s another bug there that eats up memory. I’ve got a new release almost ready. Try drawing fewer time steps, then quitting grads and picking up where you left off.
