[gradsusr] How to convert txt.file to ctl.file/nc.file in grads?

Hai Grads Users,



Can anyone show me how to convert txt.file to ctl/nc file so that I can open and analyze it using grads.Here I attach the data in txt form. Sorry for any inconvenient. I'm really new to this software
