[gradsusr] How to find out corresponding t from a date

Dear GrADS users,
I would like to ask you a favor. I can't able to find out the corresponding
t values from a date using GrADS. For Example,
I have two dates: 00z01Jan1995 and 23z31Dec2004
I need to find t values by setting these two dates in GrADS, like we find
out x, y from lat, lon.

My original dataset is from  00z01Jan1955 to 23z31Dec2010.
