[gradsusr] Gridpoint correlation

Hello,
I have a rainfall timeseries in txt file and want to do the gridpoint
correlation between the file and SST data in netcdf(.nc).I would be glad if
i will get any assistant(script or code) to this gridpoint correlation such
that my final output will be a map.
