[gradsusr] Why isn't visibility plotted?

hi Giacomo;
WRF 3.7 output breaks the UPP grib output for visibility both in ARW than
in the NMM core solver
the obtained 2D array is populated by a constant number. I did not verified
if this UPP bug affects only a microphysics scheme or more than one neither
i did not tested all of the UPP version

I don't know if a fix is available, i generally avoid to postprocess WRF
output in order to minimize I/O footprint in our systems (we work with very
large domain). I use pygrads and netCDF4 python binding for plotting maps.
