[gradsusr] new map projection

I have developted some new map project in grads and modified some old map projection made them like better.

But the problems is when used shpfile I have to use cairo_clip( cr ) to clip some outside part shading.

The behave in X11 and gxprint is diffrent when I use 'set vpage' to plot mulit-plots in one paper. only the last one worked so I have to plot themseparately and put them together used the convert command.
