[gradsusr] Projection and plotting assistance

Hello All,

I  have EOF time series in excel format (PC1) and want to project it onto
Global u and v winds in netcdf format separately. then finally plot the
streamfunction and velocity potential of the combined u and v winds.

I will be grateful with any assistance to go about it.
