[gradsusr] %f3 gribmap template starting at different fct time steps

Hello GrADS users!

I have a ctl file and I´d like to template is starting at different time
steps. Gribmap works perfectly when tdef is set at 00Z27Apr2015. But if I
want to gribmap starting from, let´s say, 03Z27Apr2015 (ctl file example
below), it still understands I want to template since
gfs.t00z.pgrbf000.grib2 and issues an outside file limits message (also
below). Any hints on how could this problem be solved?
