<div dir="ltr"><div>Hello GrADS users!</div><div><br></div><div>I have a ctl file and I´d like to template is starting at different time steps. Gribmap works perfectly when tdef is set at 00Z27Apr2015. But if I want to gribmap starting from, let´s say, 03Z27Apr2015 (ctl file example below), it still understands I want to template since gfs.t00z.pgrbf000.grib2 and issues an outside file limits message (also below). Any hints on how could this problem be solved?</div><div><br></div><div>Cheers!</div><div><br></div><div>--<br>Helio<br></div><div><br></div><div>*****example ctl ***************</div><div>dset ^gfs.t00z.pgrbf%f3.grib2</div><div>index ^gfs.t00z.pgrb.grib2.idx</div><div>options template</div><div>undef 9.999E+20</div><div>title gfs.t00z.pgrbf180.grib2</div><div>dtype grib2<br></div><div>ydef 81 linear -60.000000 1</div><div>xdef 81 linear 260.000000 1.000000</div><div>tdef 9 linear 03Z27Apr2015 3hr</div><div>zdef 1 linear 1 1</div><div>vars 1</div><div>prec 0,1,0 0,1,8,1 ** surface Total Precipitation [kg/m^2]</div><div>ENDVARS</div><div>********************</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>*****gribmap verbose output****************</div><div>...</div><div><div>grib2map: scanning GRIB2 file: gfs.t00z.pgrbf003.grib2</div><div>1.1: lev1=1,0 var=0,1,8,1 valid time 2015042703:00 (it=1) is outside file limits (2-2)</div><div>grib2map: scanning GRIB2 file: gfs.t00z.pgrbf006.grib2</div><div>1.1: lev1=1,0 var=0,1,8,1 valid time 2015042706:00 (it=2) is outside file limits (3-3)</div><div>grib2map: scanning GRIB2 file: gfs.t00z.pgrbf009.grib2</div><div>1.1: lev1=1,0 var=0,1,8,1 valid time 2015042709:00 (it=3) is outside file limits (4-4)</div><div>grib2map: scanning GRIB2 file: gfs.t00z.pgrbf012.grib2</div></div><div>...</div><div>*********************</div><div><br></div>
