[gradsusr] Indicate Latitude and Longitude on south polar stereographic plots (SPS)

If you use a control file, you should be able to display the latitude and
longitude fields using the reserved keywords *lat* and *lon*. Display them
using contours with the interval, labeling, and style of your choice.
