[gradsusr] Unable To Open Concatanated Regional GEM GRIB2s With GrADS

Aaron,

That is odd. I tried downloading a single 15km ugrd10m file. I ran
'g2ctl.plCMC_reg_UGRD_TGL_10_ps15km_2014032512_P012.grib2 > temp.ctl'
and 'gribmap
-i temp.ctl'. In grads, I typed 'open temp.ctl' and then 'd ugrd10m'
(without setting any x, y, z, or t dimensions), and it plots fine. Below
are the contents of the ctl file. You can compare it to yours.

Also, here is the webpage with the 15km grid grib info:
http://weather.gc.ca/grib/grib2_reg_15km_e.html
It includes information about which fields are on a different grid (I had
speculated incorrectly about the ABSV being one of them).
