[gradsusr] GFS Ensemble Precipitation Probability

Your questions are frequently lacking the critical information that is needed to provide useful answers. You will not get any help if you don't provide the following:
1. Full URL of data source
2. wgrib2 output on your data file (especially if you are doing some manipulation of files after you download them)
3. your descriptor file
4. output from gribmap -v
5. text from GrADS session
