[gradsusr] Z coordinate conversion from Pa to mb, known Issue with 2.0.2?

That bug reared its ugly head shortly after the release of 2.0.2, and I decided that a one-line fix was not enough to warrant a new version and re-release. Here is the patch (from the diff output between gasdf.c in versions 2.0.2 and 2.1.a1)
