[gradsusr] Converting to regular horizontal grid spacing.

Dear all,

I have a ctl file with no regular grid in x and y directions and I would
like to convert it into a regular grid resolution, like dx=0.4 and dy=0.4.
Is there a way to do this in Grads. If yes I would appreciate if someone
could point me in the right direction.
