[gradsusr] Problem defining a variable which is under logical operators

Hi there
I have a total precipitation monthly serie, and I want to obtain the daily precipitation flux, so I need to divide the precipitation of each month with the days of that month, but I have to have in account that there are leaps years. Therefore I need to define a variable which follows one equation in some years and other equation in the rest of them... summarizing I need to create a variable which follows logical operators... Is this possible? and if it is... how is the sintaxis?
