[gradsusr] Vector wind average composite for DJF from 3 different but not adjacent years

Dear Users,

I want to display the average vector wind analysis from three different
years that are not adjacent to each other. The display result I am
getting for the three years is not realistic but when I do it for one
year only it is OK. Can anyone help to see what I am doing wrong. Below
is the script I am using and the control file pgrban_1996_00.ctl
contains concatenated 6-hourly ACRE data from the 1996/97 DJF, 1998/99
DJF and 1999/00 DJF seasons.
