[gradsusr] basemap.gs for Brazil

[Gisele dos Santos Zepka]

Dear users,

I need to mask out the ocean and non-Brazilian areas on my maps. With the
script basemap.gs, I can overlay a ocean mask, but not the non-Brazilian
land. Any suggestions?
