[gradsusr] gxprint not making PNG images

Hi, Jim --
I was able to reproduce this error. Not sure why it was happening, but  
I tweaked the supplib configurations a bit by updating the cairo  
version from 1.10 to 1.12 and gxprint is able to write out PNG files  
now. I don't do much testing on the older laptop so this problem  
escaped my notice.

I have just replaced the tarball on our FTP server:
