Hello Kishore, 


The ITCZ is usually located in the tropical belt between 20S and 20N, depending on time of year. Within this band, it's often between 5S - 15N. Look at precipitation, outgoing longwave radiation (OLR), or cloud variables depending on what fields are available from the model. Keep in mind that GCMs often have large biases in tropical precipitation.
