[gradsusr] clab masked removes labels

When I use *clab masked* in a vertical cross section, only the 0 label 
is shown.  All of the other contour labels go missing.  This occurs in 
both 2.0.2 and 2.1.a2. My script is below.  Do I need to add something 
to my script?
