[gradsusr] Creating a Grads data file.

I have the following array
(time in minutes, latitude in radians, longitude in radians, precipitation
type)
Sample two lines
2526 0.61 -1.95 +1
2531 0.72 -1.45 00

I would like to display the precipitation values on a GrADS map.  How
should I format the file?
