[gradsusr] problem with the scatter plot using Grads 2.0.a9

I believe the solution is to use a build from COLA, since I was never able to reproduce this problem with my own builds. Please upgrade to 2.0.2 or 2.1.a1 at http://iges.org/grads/downloads.html
