[gradsusr] Scaling Data Points

Jennifer,

Thank you. I also tried graphing a separate set of scatter plot data on top
of the original. I wanted to set its color to something different for
visualization purposes, but it continues to come up white. I tried "set rgb
22", however I am prompted with "SET error: Missing or invalid argument for
RGB option". Is my command incorrect or do I need a newer version of GrADS?

Hi, Ryan --

What you want is the 'set vrange' and 'set vrange2' commands to control the
limits of the X and Y axes in a scatter plot. The 'set xaxis' and 'set
yaxis' commands are for drawing axis labels that have no relation to data or
dimensions.

Hi All,

I am running GrADS version 1.9.0-rc1. 32-bit little-endian readline sdf/xdf
netcdf lats athena printim. I am running GrADS on Windows, but am using
PuTTY for commands. When graphing data points on a scatter plot I am
entering the commands: "set xaxis x1 x2" and "set yaxis y1 y2". However,
data points do not move with the axes. They stay in their original plot
location while the axes move around them. What command scales the data
points with the axes?
