[gradsusr] Question about theta prime

I have theta prime or potential temperature perturbation variable available
to me from WRF. However I am having issues on why it's only plotting
positive values of theta and not the negative value when I clearly did a
cross section through the squall line.

theta prime = "perturbation potential temperature (theta-t0)".   Right?

So can you possibly explain what might possibly be wrong? Thanks.
