[gradsusr] How to set lat/lon with 0.5 variance??

Hi everyone
I've a netcdf output file generated from a Regional Climate Model. When I open that file and set the its lat/lon and then extract the lat/lon via fprintf to an output.csv format, so the output contains lat/lon values upto 6 or 7 decimal places.... 
Is there anything I can play with in order to obtain lat/lon at specific variance i.eLAT= 23, 23.5, 24, 24.5, 25, 25.5, 26.................. LON=60, 61, 62, 63, 64, 65,..................
