[gradsusr] To extract data from RCM

Dear all,

I want to use RegCM4 Regional Climate Model data for Climate Change impact
study on one basin. I want to extract data from those grids of RCM which
are inside my study area. How can I do this and which method will be
efficient way ? I have another question, how can we select the appropriate
grid when RCM is in Rotated Grid system.

For Eg, this RegCM4 RCM is in Rotatated Polar Coordinate System ( Lambert
Conformal).
