[gradsusr] Update on GrADS version 2.1

After the graphics stuff is done, we will begin implementing what we are now casually calling 'defop' -- operations on defined objects. The general idea is that you carve out a space in memory, and populate it with data or with results of operations on data, and those operations can be done by built-in or external functions. It won't be exactly like UDFs were in the old days, it'll be more much more flexible.
