Hi,

I suppose you can display correctly any data for the two .ctl files. If the problem happens only when you run the script, maybe your script has some division by 0 (zero).
It can happen when you compute small values and use it in another definitions, as is the case for such significance tests.

So, one hint is to take a look for defined divisions in your script. Try a detailed analysis or some debugging process.
