[gradsusr] EOF analysis

Hi grads users 
I want to do the EOF analysis in grads for windows.(ver 1.9 win 32)
I have downloaded the eof.gs and other related files and save them to the grads library
when I ran the eof function in my grads it faile and  give me the following errors
gs=>eof -neof 20 -npc 10 -nper 50 evws28
errors
the data were not weighted
the programme is not tested with the data geps
Whta to do to make it run and display the analysis which I am lookin for
