[gradsusr] opening AMSR-E daily L3 data in grads

[Yaqiang Wang]

It seems GrADS does not support Cylindrical Equal Area which is used in
AMSR-E land3 data set (http://www.iges.org/grads/gadoc/pdef.html). I just
add this projection in MeteoInfo Java edition (
http://www.meteothinker.com/Downloads.aspx) to read and plot AMSR-E data.
