[gradsusr] plot legend with virtual (no real) value

Hi Mohsen

My problem is that I have 2 categories of data which are the same range of
value (0-100)
For.           below  normal            above normal
station1             25                             75
station2             35                             65
station3             53                             47
....

I'd like to plot *below normal into range of blue color* and *above normal
into range of red color*
but they are the same range of value (0-100). That is reason why I think
about changing one legend into virtual (no real) value.
Could you show me some comments please, it is very useful for me
