[gradsusr] server has been down

Hi, Austin -- 
It looks to me like the GDSs running at NCEP and NCDC are both up: 
http://nomads.ncdc.noaa.gov/dods/
http://nomads.ncep.noaa.gov:9090/dods/

If not one of these, what is the address of the NOMADS server you're trying to reach?
