[gradsusr] Fw: EOF and spectral analysis on GrADS

Ugo,

I run eofgrads in Unix, so I do not know about Windows.

In Unix we need to have some scripts in the Grads Library.
Since Windows does not work that way, you may need to have all the
scripts, including the "eofudf" where the Grads executable is.
