[gradsusr] BUFR to netCDF (or DODS)

Hello. 

I am currently looking for a tool that converts BUFR format files into
netCDF format and/or OpenDap dods. I was wondering whether your tool
(GrADS) can perform these tasks.

As an example, I have a BUFR format file (e.g. 'file.bufr') and I would
like to translate it into 'file.nc' or generate DDS DAS DODS messages. So,
is it feasible with your tool? If that's the case, what are the commands
that I must execute?
