[gradsusr] GDS question

In a GDS .info response page, where does the line like:

*"OPeNDAP/DODS Data URL:*
http://agdisc.gsfc.nasa.gov:80/dods/AMSRE_SOIL_MOISTURE"

come from?

We had a server migration and found that the new .info page still shows
old server name in such lines.  They don't seem to come from gds.xml.
