[gradsusr] grads

Use the local dimension override, as described in the documentation on variables: http://iges.org/grads/gadoc/variable.html. 
It will look something like this:
d sst(time=1oct)
d sst(time=1jan)
d sst(time=1oct)-sst(time=1jan)
