[gradsusr] Issue creating an opendap xdf control file that works for 3-hour MERRA MAI3CPASM.5.2.0

Hi Ned:

It seems like the time variable defined in the file is "TIME" and not 
"TIME:EOSGRID".  I think if
you change the TDEF line to
TDEF TIME 248 linear 00Z01JAN1979 3hr
it should work.
