[gradsusr] grib2ctl.pl - Errors

Respected All,

Using grib2ctl.pl ( $version="0.9.12.6" ) I am able to create data descriptor file and use the data. But, I always get following two errors/warnings in the same data:

#1) Use of uninitialized value in string eq at ./grib2ctl.pl line 442.
 Line 442 in the perl script: 

if ( $winds eq 'grid') { $LCC='lccr'; }

#2) Undefined parameter table (center 28-0 table 2), using NCEP-opn

Why is this and how to rectify?
