[gradsusr] hardcopy print output in png or gif problem

Dear Maha,

Whatever you want to generate (png, ps) you need to be aware that grads
will generate the graphic from the display window, so, if you cleared 'c'
or 'clear' your window and tried the above commands, you only will have a
black or white page.
