[gradsusr] hardcopy print output in png or gif problem

Dear Sir
I am using Grid Analysis and Display System (GrADS) Version 2.0.1.oga.1 in
windows 7 . I am not able to get finally gif or png or jpg. I am using the
command like this
 printim jan.png
can anyone can help.
