[gradsusr] error when using subplot

Dear all users

I try to use subplot to display multi panels, but there are some errors as below

ga-> set lon 0 360
LON set to 0 360
ga-> set lon -90 90
LON set to -90 90
ga-> set t 1
Time values set: 1982:4:15:0 1982:4:15:0
ga-> subplot.gs 4 1
[subplot info] Temporary directory is set to I/O Error reading script

mkdir: missing operand
Try `mkdir --help' for more information.

Error in close:  file not open
  File name = /subplot.ctl~
Open Error:  Can't open description file

Could any please tell me to fix it
