[gradsusr] how to adjust the colorbar,thanks.

Dear all,

        I wanna ask how to adjust the colorbar,such as the length of it and
the size of the character. Please see the following figure, the length of
colorbar of which is a little bit long and the character is little small.

       So, how to control the length of it and the size of the character.
