Jeff,

Thanks for your help.  grib2ctl.pl gave me slightly different results, specifically for xdef and ydef.   GrADS is displaying the data now.

xdef 8401 linear 0 0.04285204142364
ydef 1561 linear 23.1508153791215 0.04285204142364
