[gradsusr] Problems clopts

Actually I don't know: on my system it works (see attch.).
just for clearness:
* set clopts color <thickness <size>> works on contour labels
* set strsiz on strings (different from contour labels)
* set cthick on contour lines (all I wrote about thickness in
previous mail was about set cthick)
* set ccolor works on contour lines
