[gradsusr] Compiling 2.0.1 on CentOS6.2 64bit

unless I'm missing it somewhere ..
are there any ./configure flags to install Grads from source ??

as you can see below .. configure is not finding
readline, geotiff, libshape, wgrib2, gd, or netcdf
which are all installed on this machine
