[gradsusr] Stippling/cross hatching for south polar

Thanks Chihiro, it now works.

However it also draws cross-hatching outside the boundary i've chosen (i
want between the south pole and the equator, but it seems to draw
cross-hatching from the pole to about 20 degrees north), is there a way to
limit it?

Thank you also for sharing hatch.gs, it has been very useful to me.
