[gradsusr] how to customize tick mark interval and labels in date/time axis

Hi bo-dong,
forget to say that the X axis is a  date/time axis, the manual say
that the xlint option does not apply to this situation and the 'set
axis' command is not working for this too. Anyway thanks for your
suggestion.
