[gradsusr] Masking NOAA OI SST data

Hai Midhun,

There is a file called lsmask.nc in the same folder. You can download it
from here (
http://www.esrl.noaa.gov/psd/data/gridded/data.noaa.oisst.v2.html)<http://www.esrl.noaa.gov/psd/data/gridded/data.noaa.oisst.v2.html>

Then use the maskout function to mask the land area but setting it
undefines. The code is given below.


'reinit'
'sdfopen sst.mnmean.nc'
'sdfopen lsmask.nc'
'set gxout shaded'
'd maskout(sst,mask.2(t=1)-1)'
'cbarn'
