[gradsusr] Masking NOAA OI SST data

I think you have plotted long term monthly mean in which the data is
already masked. I tried with weekly sst, but it showing values over land
also. Data,gs file and images are attached here. Please make the necessary
change for masking this data using attached lsmask.nc data.
